To strengthen your baby's back muscles.

To complete this activity, place your baby face down on a mat or blanket. Raise your baby by placing one hand on his waist and the other hand underneath his chin, and gently push it upwards. This way, your baby is lifting his head and working his back. Now, lay your baby back down and stretch his thighs by taking one of his ankles to his bottom. Repeat this exercise with the other leg and alternate your movements.
